Hogansburg, N.Y. (September 16, 2011) – Tarbell Management Group announced today the acquisition of two new franchise licenses—a Tim Hortons Franchise and a Papa John’s Franchise. Tarbell Management Group is one of a few Tim Hortons franchisees that are located on Indian Reservations in the chain. The Papa John’s franchise is the first Native American franchisee in their system.
Both franchises will be co-located at Western Door Convenience Store located at 148 State Route 37 in Akwesasne. The Tim Hortons franchise will feature a 24/7 full service, full menu location with a drive thru. In addition a Tim Hortons kiosk unit will be set up at Eastern Door Convenience Store located at 1592 State Route 37 and at Bear’s Den at 425 State Route 37. The Papa John’s franchise will only be located at Western Door and will feature the majority of Papa John’s traditional full menu items.
Construction of the Tim Hortons and Papa John’s location, involving a major renovation of the Western Door Store, has already begun and the franchises are expected to open in Winter 2011-2012.
